Privacy policy

When you request a case review we collect your name, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. When you browse the site we collect anonymous usage statistics through Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We use your contact details to call or text you about your potential case, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. If you become a client, your information is protected by attorney–client privilege.

Your request is delivered to our attorneys by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and is stored in our case management system. Both are bound by confidentiality agreements. Nobody outside the firm sees it.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise these rights, email intake@guardianjusticelaw.com or call (800) 555-0199.
